REFRAME YOUR MINDSET AROUND WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS TRUTH.

You don't have to keep suffering.

Good to see you!

Having worked with very critically ill people in the hospital ICUs completely changed my perspective in life. During that time, I observed way too many patients suffering and having poor outcomes despite all the drug treatments and advanced surgical experiments they were getting. But one day I realized that these traumatic experiences could happen to me or my family if we didn't make serious lifestyle changes. I was devastated by the thought of my loved ones suffering like I saw.

I knew deep inside there had to be a reason why so many people were having traumatic medical emergencies such as strokes, heart attacks, tumors, cancers, multiple organ failures, and major surgeries. So, I started searching for ways to help myself and the people who wanted to transform their lives.

I got on mission to reclaim my health because I wanted a better way to serve the people I couldn’t for over 5.5 years while working in the cardiac ICUs. I started my healing journey by mastering my relatively high blood pressure because I noticed one thing amongst all of the patients. Most of them ignored their high blood pressure as a warning light. It was their signal to investigate things deeper instead of just "managing" their symptoms. People don't realize that longterm "management" of high blood pressure is more the silent killer than high blood pressure itself.

They accepted the fact that their high blood pressure, and other health conditions such as obesity, brain fog, chronic fatigue, constipation, lymphedema, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease, liver disease, were "normal and passed down" to the next generation through genetics. Disease and illness were so normal to them that they didn't bother to seek the truth at all.

Through personal experience and research, I've learned otherwise. These terrible conditions are actually linked more to the unhealthy lifestyle behaviors passed down through generations than to genetics itself.

If people develop a strong mindset and change how they see food, the impact of these diseases can be significantly reduced. This would prevent chronic diseases from destroying lives and our society as we are witnessing today. Less people would have their minds highjacked into believing they can't heal themselves.

Through research, study, and my own raw living food lifestyle journey experiments, I've learned how remarkably resilient the human biology truly is. I've discovered that our biology is not broken at all. We just have been mismanaging it for too long. We have accepted disease as normal and disconnected ourselves from the body's intuitive ability to heal itself and thrive without ever breaking down.

Our biology actually wants to, and is designed to thrive, perform, and live in complete abundance!

But to do that we need to develop the right mindset, nourish ourselves correctly, and focus on keeping the detox and elimination organs/pathways clean and strong.

I learned that whatever the body can't eliminate, it accumulates.

The accumulation creates a toxic constipation of waste, toxins, acids, and infections that cripples the body with disease. It destroys health and vitality, causing the body to underperform and eventually waste away.

Successfully switching to this lifestyle has given me an even more unique perspective than when I started working in the hospital. I've experienced a mindset shift in how I can really serve people. I don't teach theory. I work with my clients based on the experience of actual success principles I've been blessed to live so far.

I collaborate with and guide people through how to heal themselves instead of just "managing" the diseased state they're in. We work through overcoming their limitations and re-evaluating their goals. They become aware of how developing self trust and a deeper connection with their intuition rewards mindful living.

They learn to develop healthier habits, connect to their purpose, and how to move from a survival and preservation mindset to one that is grateful and thriving.
